Right to Refuse Service Policy

In order to maintain a high standard of service and provide a safe work environment for its employees, Sweet Violet reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to clients. Service may be denied to any client who behaves / acts inappropriately by disrupting the normal provision of services, or if a client's behavior or environment threatens the safety of Sweet Violet's employees.

Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to :-

  • Unreasonable demands for service
  • Threatening or erratic behavior
  • Misrepresentation of the need for service
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Personally threatening and use of offensive language
  • Outstanding payment due from previous cancellation booking
  • Unwanted or inappropriate behaviors, comments, or advances that can be verbal or physical
In addition to the above if the client is found in an inebriated / intoxicated state, Sweet Violet can exercise their Right to Refuse service.

Client will be liable to pay full booking value in case of the below scenarios: -

  • Last-minute cancellation at the client's site
  • No-show
  • Phone is not reachable
Our employees can exercise the Right to Refuse service when confronted by a client acting inappropriately or when facing an unsafe situation. They will notify their supervisor of the situation immediately for necessary and appropriate action.
